March 4
Greetings! March 4, it's Friday. It's been a rough week for me. Had a Root Canal on Monday, lots of pain Tuesday, and ended up with an abscess on Wednesday, and new antibiotics. I think they've kicked in finally. Today is the best I've felt all week. The swelling in my face is going down dramatically, and I mostly spent all week on the couch sleeping, so this has been good for weightloss since I couldn't really eat anything and didn't have the appetite either.
The most important thing I've learned this week is when a person is taking certain pain medications that make them sleep, and they have let's say 2 dogs that are inside dogs, it would do one good to lock the dogs up "before" taking the said pain medication and falling asleep for let's say 2 1/2 hrs. I know the dogs were laying on the couch at my feet when I layed down, and they were both laying at my feet when I woke up. What happened in that time,,,,,,,,,,,is,,,,,,,,well,,,,,,,,,what can I say,,,,,,they had a great time at my expense!!! It wasn't until I had acually gotten off the couch and walked toward my kitchen that I saw the mess they had made! The bathroom garbage was all shredded and scattered all over the floor, any dirty clothes that were within reach were strewn about, and I'm still not sure how the platic bowl had gotten on the kitchen floor, nor do I know what was in it!! YIKES!!! I would have loved to have a video camera running, I'm sure my dogs had much fun!!! But I'm still motivated, and will start working out again tomorrow, I start my first session with Hannah that Bob and my kids had gotten me for my birthday. It should be interesting since I haven't worked out once this week. I'm looking forward to it! I hope everyone else is doing well with their weightloss and workouts! Babysteps,,,we have to remember that, we didn't gain this weight in a month, we'll lose it, it will take time!!! Still wishing all the others the best, and keep it up!!! We Can do this!!!
